Payment Terms

  • To secure bookings and avoid disappointments a 75% deposit is required within 48 hours of enquiry
  • Balance is payable within 14 days of your arrival
  • Payment to be made via EFT or credit card bookings

Deposits

A refundable breakage deposit of R2500 is required, once the guests has checked out & no damages or losses incurred refund will be paid after 7 days of departure.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation 50 days before arrival : free cancellation
  • Cancellation 30 days before arrival : 25% forfeited
  • Cancellation 21 days before arrival : 50% forfeited
  • Cancellation 14 days before arrival : 100% forfeited

Terms

  • Once off admin fee R200
  • Minimum 2 day stay
  • Long term rental available excluding peak season
  • Check in time 14h00
  • Check out time strictly 11h00
  • Check out inspection done on departure
  • Loyalty Proposition
  • Book 14 days stay and only pay for 12 days (excluding peak season)

10% discount offered to regular guests who stayed for a minimum stay period of 21 days, previously 10 discount on all future bookings (excluding peak season)
