No clothing or hand towels should be hung over balcony rails
No braai or open fires allowed on balconies, please use downstairs facilities
All children younger than 18 years old must be accompanied & supervised by an adult or child minder
Beware of the monkeys, please do not leave windows or doors open & unattended
Please ensure doors are locked at all times
First aid kit available in drae of floating cupboard in tv room
No excessive noise allowed
No pets allowed on premises
Maximum 6 sleeper unit, do not exceed failing in which may lead to eviction
Guests are asked not to leave any money, valuables or personal items unattended anywhere in the unit or on the premises
Rooms serviced Monday to Friday except public holidays
A check out inspection will be done on departure
Two parkings per unit 1x garage & 1x open parking on a 1^st come first serve basis
Check out time is strictly 11h00, failing to do so will result in an extra days accommodation charged
Always ensure aircon is switched off if it is not in use
When utilizing weber braai please make sure it is cleaned & sanitized
Please do not flush any sanitary waste or foreign objects down the toilet, please use designated bins to dispose of all waste
Bath towels not to be used as swimming towels
Washing lines are available for your use
Please dispose of all waste in designated waste areas
